Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. This page explains how.
Shop owners
- Remove My Order BD from your Facebook account: go to Facebook Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, find My Order BD and choose Remove. This stops the connection to your Page.
- Email foisalshahina236@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include your account name and the name of the connected Facebook Page.
- We confirm your request by email and delete your account data within 30 days.
Customers who messaged a connected Page
Email foisalshahina236@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us the name of the shop Page you messaged and, if you can, your name and phone number used in the order. We will delete your messages, Messenger ID and order details that we hold.
What is deleted
- Account details and login information
- Page connection data, including the stored Page access token
- Stored AI settings and API keys
- Customer messages, Messenger IDs and order details related to your request
We may keep limited records only where the law requires it.

আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। নিয়মগুলো নিচে দেওয়া হলো।
দোকানদারদের জন্য
- ফেসবুক অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে My Order BD সরান: ফেসবুকের Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations-এ গিয়ে My Order BD খুঁজে Remove চাপুন। এতে আপনার পেজের সংযোগ বন্ধ হবে।
- foisalshahina236@gmail.com ঠিকানায় "Delete my data" বিষয়ে ইমেইল করুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম ও যুক্ত ফেসবুক পেজের নাম লিখুন।
- আমরা ইমেইলে অনুরোধ নিশ্চিত করব এবং ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য মুছে ফেলব।
যেসব কাস্টমার সংযুক্ত পেজে মেসেজ পাঠিয়েছেন
foisalshahina236@gmail.com ঠিকানায় "Delete my data" বিষয়ে ইমেইল করুন। যে দোকানের পেজে মেসেজ করেছিলেন তার নাম এবং সম্ভব হলে অর্ডারে দেওয়া নাম ও ফোন নম্বর জানান। আমাদের কাছে থাকা আপনার মেসেজ, Messenger আইডি ও অর্ডারের তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হবে।

- অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য ও লগইন
- পেজ সংযোগের তথ্য, সংরক্ষিত পেজ অ্যাক্সেস টোকেনসহ
- সংরক্ষিত এআই সেটিংস ও API Key
- আপনার অনুরোধ-সংক্রান্ত মেসেজ, Messenger আইডি ও অর্ডারের তথ্য
আইন যেখানে বাধ্য করে, শুধু সেখানে সীমিত রেকর্ড রাখা হতে পারে।
