Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By signing in to or using My Order BD, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
My Order BD connects a Facebook Page you manage to an AI system that replies to customer messages on Messenger and collects order details for you. The service is provided by M/S Lenden Poriseba.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be an admin of any Facebook Page you connect.
- You are responsible for the AI instructions you provide and for the products, prices and orders you handle with your customers.
- You must follow Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger policies and all applicable laws of Bangladesh.
- You must not use the service for spam, fraud, illegal goods or misleading messages.
- You are responsible for keeping your login and any API keys you enter secure.
4. AI-generated replies
Replies are generated by AI and may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. You should review orders before fulfilling them. We do not guarantee that every reply or order record will be accurate.
5. Third-party services
The service relies on Meta (Facebook/Messenger) and on AI providers reached through OpenRouter. Their availability and terms are outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Suspension and termination
You can disconnect your Page and stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the rules of Meta.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, M/S Lenden Poriseba is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales, or losses caused by third-party services or AI-generated content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

সেবার শর্তাবলী
১. শর্ত গ্রহণ
My Order BD-তে সাইন ইন করলে বা ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন। সম্মত না হলে সেবাটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।
২. সেবা
My Order BD আপনার পরিচালিত ফেসবুক পেজকে একটি এআই সিস্টেমের সাথে যুক্ত করে, যা Messenger-এ কাস্টমারের মেসেজের উত্তর দেয় এবং আপনার জন্য অর্ডারের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে। সেবাটি প্রদান করে M/S Lenden Poriseba।
৩. আপনার দায়িত্ব
- যে ফেসবুক পেজ যুক্ত করবেন, তার অ্যাডমিন আপনাকে হতে হবে।
- আপনার দেওয়া এআই নির্দেশনা এবং কাস্টমারের সাথে পণ্য, দাম ও অর্ডারের দায়িত্ব আপনার।
- Meta-র Platform Terms, Messenger নীতিমালা ও বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন মানতে হবে।
- স্প্যাম, প্রতারণা, অবৈধ পণ্য বা বিভ্রান্তিকর মেসেজের জন্য সেবা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
- আপনার লগইন ও দেওয়া API Key নিরাপদ রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
৪. এআই-তৈরি উত্তর
উত্তরগুলো এআই তৈরি করে, তাই কখনো অসম্পূর্ণ বা ভুল হতে পারে। অর্ডার পূরণের আগে আপনি তা যাচাই করবেন। প্রতিটি উত্তর বা অর্ডার রেকর্ড নির্ভুল হবে, এমন নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিই না।
৫. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা
সেবাটি Meta (ফেসবুক/Messenger) এবং OpenRouter-এর মাধ্যমে এআই প্রদানকারীদের উপর নির্ভরশীল। তাদের সেবা ও শর্ত আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে। তথ্য কীভাবে শেয়ার হয় তা জানতে গোপনীয়তা নীতি দেখুন।
৬. সেবার সহজলভ্যতা
আমরা সেবা চালু রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে নিরবচ্ছিন্ন থাকার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিই না। সম্ভব হলে আগাম জানিয়ে ফিচার বদলাতে বা বন্ধ করতে পারি।
৭. স্থগিত ও বন্ধ করা
আপনি যেকোনো সময় পেজ ডিসকানেক্ট করে সেবা ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে পারেন। এই শর্ত বা Meta-র নিয়ম ভাঙলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করতে পারি।
৮. দায়ের সীমা
আইনে অনুমোদিত সীমা পর্যন্ত, পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতি, বিক্রি হারানো, অথবা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা বা এআই-তৈরি লেখার কারণে হওয়া ক্ষতির জন্য M/S Lenden Poriseba দায়ী নয়।
৯. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত।
১০. পরিবর্তন ও যোগাযোগ
