1. About this service
My Order BD lets shop owners connect their Facebook Page so that customer messages on Messenger are answered automatically using AI, and customer orders are collected and saved for the shop owner. The service is operated by M/S Lenden Poriseba, Ward No. 03, Holding No. 07, Keshorhat Pourashava, Keshorhat, Mohanpur, Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
2. Information we collect
- Shop owner account: name and login details used to sign in.
- Facebook Page connection: Page ID, Page name and a Page access token (stored encrypted), received when you connect your Page through Facebook Login.
- Customer messages: the text of messages sent to the connected Page on Messenger, and the sender's Messenger-scoped ID.
- Order details: if a customer places an order in chat: name, phone number, delivery address, product and quantity.
- AI settings: the OpenRouter API key (stored encrypted), model name and instructions entered by the shop owner.
3. How we use information
- To read incoming Page messages and send automatic replies.
- To save orders so the shop owner can fulfil them.
- To keep the connection to your Facebook Page working.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Facebook permissions
- pages_show_list: to show the Pages you manage so you can choose one.
- pages_manage_metadata: to subscribe the chosen Page to message events.
- pages_messaging: to receive and reply to customer messages on the Page.
4. Sharing with third parties
To generate replies, the conversation text is sent to the AI provider chosen by the shop owner through OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) and the underlying model provider. Messages are also exchanged with Meta (Facebook/Messenger) to receive and send replies. We do not share data with anyone else except when required by law.
5. Data storage and security
Data is stored on our server. Page access tokens and API keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Access to the app requires login. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
6. Data retention
Conversations and orders are kept while the shop owner uses the service. When you disconnect your Page or request deletion, we delete the related data as described on our Data Deletion page.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing foisalshahina236@gmail.com. Customers who messaged a connected Page can also contact us at the same address.
8. Children
This service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version and date will always be shown on this page.

১. সেবা সম্পর্কে
My Order BD-তে দোকানদার তাঁর ফেসবুক পেজ যুক্ত করেন, যাতে Messenger-এ কাস্টমারের মেসেজের উত্তর এআই দিয়ে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে দেওয়া হয় এবং অর্ডার সংগ্রহ করে দোকানদারের জন্য সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। সেবাটি পরিচালনা করে M/S Lenden Poriseba, ওয়ার্ড নং ০৩, হোল্ডিং নং ০৭, কেশরহাট পৌরসভা, কেশরহাট, মোহনপুর, রাজশাহী, বাংলাদেশ।
২. আমরা কী তথ্য নিই
- দোকানদারের অ্যাকাউন্ট: নাম ও লগইনের তথ্য।
- ফেসবুক পেজ সংযোগ: পেজ আইডি, পেজের নাম ও পেজ অ্যাক্সেস টোকেন (এনক্রিপ্ট করে রাখা হয়)।
- কাস্টমারের মেসেজ: কাস্টমার পেজে Messenger-এ যে মেসেজ পাঠায় এবং তার Messenger আইডি।
- অর্ডারের তথ্য: অর্ডারের সময় কাস্টমারের নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ঠিকানা, পণ্য ও পরিমাণ।
- এআই সেটিংস: দোকানদারের দেওয়া OpenRouter API Key (এনক্রিপ্ট করা), মডেলের নাম ও এআই নির্দেশনা।
৩. কেন ব্যবহার করি
- পেজে আসা মেসেজ পড়তে ও স্বয়ংক্রিয় উত্তর দিতে।
- অর্ডার সংরক্ষণ করে দোকানদারকে জানাতে।
- আপনার ফেসবুক পেজের সংযোগ সচল রাখতে।
আমরা তথ্য বিক্রি করি না এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের কাজে ব্যবহার করি না।
ফেসবুক পারমিশন
- pages_show_list: আপনার পরিচালিত পেজগুলো দেখিয়ে একটি বেছে নিতে দিতে।
- pages_manage_metadata: বেছে নেওয়া পেজকে মেসেজ ইভেন্টে সাবস্ক্রাইব করতে।
- pages_messaging: পেজে কাস্টমারের মেসেজ গ্রহণ ও উত্তর দিতে।
৪. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার
উত্তর তৈরির জন্য কথোপকথনের লেখা দোকানদারের নির্বাচিত এআই প্রদানকারীর কাছে OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) ও সংশ্লিষ্ট এআই মডেল প্রদানকারীর মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হয়। মেসেজ আদান-প্রদানের জন্য Meta (ফেসবুক/Messenger)-এর সাথেও তথ্য আদান-প্রদান হয়। আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা ছাড়া অন্য কারও সাথে তথ্য শেয়ার করা হয় না।
৫. সংরক্ষণ ও নিরাপত্তা
তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভারে থাকে। পেজ অ্যাক্সেস টোকেন ও API Key এনক্রিপ্ট (AES-256-GCM) করে রাখা হয়। অ্যাপে ঢুকতে লগইন লাগে। কোনো সংরক্ষণ পদ্ধতিই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়, তবে আপনার তথ্য রক্ষায় আমরা যুক্তিসংগত ব্যবস্থা নিই।
৬. তথ্য সংরক্ষণের সময়
দোকানদার সেবা ব্যবহার করা পর্যন্ত কথোপকথন ও অর্ডার সংরক্ষিত থাকে। পেজ ডিসকানেক্ট করলে বা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য ডেটা মোছা পেজে বর্ণিত নিয়মে মুছে ফেলা হয়।
৭. আপনার অধিকার
যেকোনো সময় আপনার তথ্য দেখতে, সংশোধন করতে বা মুছে ফেলতে foisalshahina236@gmail.com ঠিকানায় ইমেইল করুন। যেসব কাস্টমার সংযুক্ত পেজে মেসেজ পাঠিয়েছেন, তাঁরাও একই ঠিকানায় যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
৮. শিশু
এই সেবা ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয় এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে তাদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
৯. পরিবর্তন
আমরা এই নীতি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ ও তারিখ সবসময় এই পেজে দেখানো থাকবে।
